We offer a free ring sizing service for all surprise proposals. Check out our helpful Ring Sizing Guide which will explain how to measure your finger size.

We highly recommend you insure your precious jewellery. Prior to delivery we will provide you with an insurance valuation which will enable you to itemise your jewellery on your household insurance.
We work closely with specialist jewellery insurance company, T H March, to ensure that, if your jewellery is damaged or lost then we  can replace your item of jewellery with an exact replica. For more information see

Once your order has been confirmed via email, we normally take 2-3 weeks to dispatch a standard order and 3-4 weeks for a bespoke order. We will provide you with a delivery tracking number and status updates via email.


We strive to ensure that our customers are delighted with their jewellery, however, we understand there may be instances where you would like to return an item for a refund.

We believe in producing timeless jewellery, and stand by the quality of our pieces. We will refund or repair items returned to us within 6 months of the purchase date if there is a manufacturing defect.
We reserve the right not to refund your purchase if the item is damaged, shows wear and tear, has stretched due to incorrect sizing, or if there is evidence of unauthorised repairs or resizing taking place.
Our jewellery is manufactured to a high standard, however normal wear and tear can affect the structure of the ring and claws. It is your responsibility to have your jewellery periodically examined and cleaned to ensure the structural integrity of the piece. It is also your responsibility to insure your items against loss or damage.
