RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We strive to ensure that our customers are delighted with our jewellery, however we understand there may be instances where you would like to return an item for a refund. We are willing to refund items up to 14 days after the item is delivered to you. The only exception to this is promise rings for which we will accept returns 90 days beginning from the date of delivery. We don't offer refunds on customised or bespoke items of jewellery only on our standard stock.
RETURNING AN ITEM FOR A REFUND
You must contact us first, so that we can explain the returns process and make it as smooth and secure as possible for you. If items are damaged due to incorrect packaging for example, we may not be able to refund the purchase. You can email us at email@example.com
Include all original packaging and documentation. Documentation (such as diamond certificates) can be unique items, and the cost of replacing this may be deducted from the refund. You must include all original packaging and documentation with the item when you return it to us.
The item must be received by us in its original condition. We reserve the right to not refund your purchase if the item is damaged, shows excessive wear and tear, stretching due to incorrect sizing, or if there is evidence that unauthorised repairs or resizing has taken place.
Shipping costs must be paid by you. Please ensure you contact us so that we can advise on the correct shipping and insurance to use when returning your item.
You have 14 days to return the item once you’ve told us you would like a refund.
ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM
Once we’ve inspected your returned item and accepted the return, we will refund you within 14 days, using the original payment method used when you purchased the item.
